sdi certification road trip

this past weekend, i got to take a SDI Level 1 certification workshop with CEO Tim Scudder.  hosted in beautiful carlsbad, ca, it was beyond fabulous!  together with lots of prayer, i believe i have experienced the nascence of my "5-talents."   tonight, i submit the test to get my full certification, and then i will deep dive into the theory and prepare myself to give excellent facilitation for my new company.  more on that later.

i just sent off my dissertation proposal last night.  looking forward to the feedback.  my chair gave me a sheet to collect te responses, and to record my responses to the responses.  there's a study even in that, somewhere.
